Yearly PassTerms and Conditions
For each yearly pass pass purchased, you’ll receive a membership Pass ID number that can be redeemed as a voucher through our online checkout or in-venue to cover your chosen adventure! On top of that, our yearly passes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, so you can buy them in advance and save them until you have the chance to fully take advantage of their benefits!
During the pass’ active period, the pass will entitle the pass holder to play the Floor is Lava a set number of times, or their selection of our Escape Rooms a set number of times, before the passes expiry.
In order to use the yearly pass, the yearly pass holder will need to provide their Membership Pass ID at the online or in-venue checkout. Once provided, the yearly pass’ benefits will be applied to the applicable products, services or experiences selected.
Passes may not be transferred from the pass holder to another individual. Expired passes cannot be redeemed or refunded, and it is the responsibility of the yearly pass holder to utilise the yearly pass to it’s full benefits before it’s expiration.
