Membership Terms and Conditions
For each membership pass purchased, you’ll receive a membership number that can be redeemed as a voucher through our online checkout or in-venue to cover your chosen adventure! On top of that, our membership passes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase before activation, so you can buy them well in advance and save them in your back pocket until you have the chance to fully take advantage of their benefits!
Lost Locks Memberships passes are valid for 365 days until their date of activation, once activated the Membership pass will remain vaild until the Membership pass’ duration has expired. During the Membership pass’ active period, the pass will entitle the pass holder to the benefits listed above.
In order to use the Membership pass, the Membership pass holder will need to provide their Membership Pass ID at the online or in-venue checkout. Once provided, the Membership pass’ benefits will be applied to the applicable products, services or experiences selected.
Passes may not be transferred from the pass holder to another individual. Expired passes cannot be redeemed or refunded, and it is the responsibility of the Membership pass holder to utilise the Membership pass to it’s full benefits before it’s expiration.
